AAC Disaster Relief responds to nationally declared disasters on behalf of USSAAC members, people who use AAC, their families, and other AAC stakeholders. USSAAC works collaboratively with other organizations to replace AAC tools and devices that are lost or damaged because of a nationally declared disaster. Hurricane Helene has been classified as a Federal Disaster in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and North Carolina. Please help us get the word out that we are here to and ready to help replace AAC devices and supports lost or damaged in the hurricane and its aftermath. See the attached flyer for details and post on social media, by email, or any other means. Thank you.
